From the Ground Up
I started baking around 6 or 7, when I was too young to use the oven by myself. My love for baking slowly matured into a hobby as I became a young adult. I'm often known as the dessert lady at any office I've ever worked at. Contrary to popular belief, I am not skilled at all baked good recipes. However, I'm willing to give almost any recipe a try.
Just Desserts by Jessie, was started out of necessity. My dreams to put my kids in private school and build a dream house have a heavy financial burden so the concept of a business was formed. I can't help but notice that all my past job experiences have contributed to the success of Just Desserts by Jessie. It's by God's design that I have experience working in a professional kitchen, I love customer service, and I know how to design my logo and website. What started as a necessity is quickly becoming a passion. Only time will tell how far I can go.
